That a bit better, IMO. He probably wouldn't be able to shoot jumpers and threes against guards with elite OD, but he could play defense as a guard/SF and rebound well.

Much better balance, but in a perfect world I'd like a little more passing on that player (13 is my personal minimum for an elite SF). It wouldn't affect salary at all, so the only question would be training time. Not sure exactly what you would have to sacrifice but some HA/DR might be expendable if you had to give up any skills. Alternatively, if you didn't have time to get his passing up to 13, you could keep his skills as is, and play him at PF on offense with a defensive switch to SF. 11 PA is more than adequate for a PF at any level, and 14 JS/17 DR/18 IS is a mismatch at any position.

There was already transfer with >140TSP player, so it is possible. He had even lower salary. I'd even say it is possible to make 150TSP player.

135k salary SF, 141 TSP, not sure if possible.
JS 14 JR 14
OD 17 HA 13
DR 14 PA 14
IS 14 ID 15
RB 12 SB 14

Probably not possible. You would have to have a 198-201 cm tall player and perfect starting skills, especially the slow ones (OD, JR and ID). 141 TSP is a lot, but easily reachable by training lots of 1 on 1 (HA+DR alone give you 40 skill points). However, 141 TSP with only DR+HA=27...very tough.

Possible, and in my opinions the worst height that can be is 6'6 since at that heigh everything trains slow, for comparision i been training 3seasons guard skills and now third season big skills on 2players one 6'8 another 6'10 guess what? the smaller one trains very very maybe 30percent slower in big skills, while i havent noticed any impact, while training guard skills, they used to get 10-11skillpops per season guards position both. 8pops per season on js, thats how many did my 6'10 guy at age 19got:D Also i managed to get 6and 7 passing pops per season on these trainees. so i bet js and pa is barelly affected by the theight . Maybe id shot for that kind of player at heigh to like 6'11, guards skills first then bigs, would leave passing for later some js too. So first thing which i would do id, grab big guy, train driving first season, then JR, OD then focus on passing, would leavbe js where it is untrained possibly at 10or so at that time, then focus on big skills exclusively and only to trim that player at his age 28or so then would train js and at age 30 i would had that king of a player.
