Took you 15 seasons to make DII. I did it in 9.

And without doubt this is a much different game now than say it was in season16.

The only knock against Phyr is that we lost the Finals basically because France's GDP tactics were better than ours. As manager Phyr takes the blame for that, rightly or wrongly. If you're one of the people who questions Phyr's competency because of that one incident, you should respect mine all the more. You can check the offsite's thread if you're a USA manager and see that I publicly campaigned for a last-minute switch to a neutral offense after our decoy was revealed. Most managers agree we very probably win had we run a neutral offense like II instead of LI. So if Phyr's decision-making is suspect because he made the wrong decision, it logically follows that my decision-making must be that much more brilliant because I made the right decision against the collective input of the group. Either way, with the strength of the offsite on our side, if the only concern people have is the France game then one of us must necessarily be the most qualified candidate. I really don't care which of us you vote for but there is no logical reason not to vote for one of us.
-- Quote from Ken's campaign speech

So Ken you were not able to take leadership of the group and persuade them into what you believed to be right? I wish you did Ken, I really do.

Yes, building your own team you get 100% control. U21 you have to convince other managers to train the way that you want. Only one person to blame if your club fails.

For America's stake I hope you plan it better than your NBBA season.

The same way you had a plan before?

"I plan on taking this micro nation and winning the Asian Cup next season - That is take a team that was ranked 94th out of 98 and take them to the World Cup as the Asian Champions."

But if you want legitimate questions, why would you prefer to ask managers to create a useless 3-point specialist as their only chance to make the team? Would it not be better to just tell them that player doesn't have a chance at U21, but here's a training plan to make him better for your club? Also, in my previous hypothetical on training with particular regard to the HoF big, why would you tell the manager to just do what he thinks best? And why wouldn't your initial reaction be that, with that starting build, he needs to be getting 1v1 and secondaries training for a couple seasons for a REAL chance at the NT with a chance as a SF for the U21?

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.
