Maybe someone wait til the last day to vote. Say Manager X really wants Logo 1 to win. On Oct 1, if he picked the top 5 logos, his vote would be 1,2,3,4,5.

But, now it's Oct 31 and he sees that 1 and 2 are tied with 20 points with just hours left.

He really wants 1 to win.

So he votes 1,3,4,5,6.

I wonder if someone votes this way.
