I have a six pack of beer. I will see tomorrow if I get into division III I am probably going to drink one on non gym day anyway.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. I go to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I do 15 min work out and I lift weights. I am at 40 lbs the last time I worked out and that was full fledge work out.

I have 20 seasons of consistently winning. 10 seasons division 5 and a championship, 10 seasons in division IV and consistently. I firmly believe my system is a proven system and it can win at any level including B3.
