So what's the best way to defend against a Reverse Patient? Play a 3-2 zone? Better defense on my bigs, particularly outside defense? Other ideas?

Not necessarily because IS <> ID comes to the table once your PG could make the 1v1.
to make the 1v1 you play against your opponent OD, and to beat the OD you need DR.

In other words to be able to use your PG`s 21-22 Is, you need high enough DR to make the 1v1 against OD.
And yes once you made the 1v1 and IS kicks in, you play against his ID.

Whar suould be the best tactic to taking advance of IS 21 - ID 6 mismatch?
I dont think patient.
