If the BB team believes that the Staff system is working as intended by them, then there is no solution needed.

Does BB make this game for themselfs, or for us-users?


They make it for 42000 users (and growing), and they make the decisions they feel is necessary to grow the game in the best way possible.


Ok... I think that Staff system isn't problem. New staff system is more interesting than older. That is ok. But there is too many demands for new staff, although market Offer is too small. So the result is high prices for current staff. I have just checked today there is just 7 trainers lvl 6. I think this is problem with staff system. We need more available staff!!!

But something else is problem -> Economic system. I think that BB is in the biggest economic crisis.
BB made some Economic changes, because some teams accumulate big amount of money. And BB saw that as problem. Now is much harder to get some money, and all other teams are punished harder than those "Rich Teams". Those RT can pay 2 millions for lvl 7 trainer, they can train their players faster then us, they can buy my NT player for just 4 millions (before Crisis player like that are selling around 10 mil.). And what is about me? If I want to upgrade team, I must to sell the best player below value :(

I would like that you tell me I'm wrong, but I don't see how to earn some money to buy at least one good player :(

the BB changed it, that you ahve to make decisions with the staff and compromisses ;)

In the past days every team runs with a top level trainier, now you ahve to decide, if a level 6 really worth the 60k + higher salary? If not, don't buy him and take one with less quality.

Maybe you could make now failure as a manager, so i don't believe that those guys with level 7 trainer profitate from the faster speed in that way, that they could get their money back ;) And normally i see not the cahs cows from old days buyingin it, traditional 1 or II div teams that the team who get extra taxes in the change from the BB - that are pretty often teams who didn't use their money for a while and now build a top trainer.

There is no point in saying that you can only sell top class players for 4m and that you need money to get at least one good player.
If you can sell top class players for 4m you can buy back top class players for 4m. That's the market.

u missed the point, if you can sell a top class player for only 4 Mio anymore and you need to pay 4Mio to buy a top class player, how the hell are we supposed to improve our team.

in my opinion BBs should change this. We should be able to sell our top class players for 10 Mio and buy top class players for 3 Mio. So everyone can sell 1 good player and buy 3 of them. As a matter of fact then we would have still 1 Mio left, so we can also increase the size of our arena.

Everyone sees the advantage of my proposal?

So you sell your player for 10 mil and buy 3 players equal to your player for 9 mil total... Yeah that makes sense:D
