that should prove that I am not talking because I don't understand game mechanism, but because I do ;)

of course, if others cannot compete against my team, that's good ;)

the reason he cant do this for the millionth time is he and his div has hit the salary cap.

how are you not getting this.


I would like ALL the III divisions would hit the salary cap. that would mean that I should not fight to buy an average player at crazy price because somebody from other countries can do that. It happened already when BB's decided to limit seats, so THERE is an actual problem. There was about seats, there is about balancing incomes/expenses. I do like proposal by trb about it.

i'm not much interested in economy but if people who don't know which problem we have come here and tell "us of you are not good to manage a team"


i didn't say that. what i said was you're a better manager, cause you have managed to buy better players with this so called global market problem, and you're in so competitive league, managed to do 14-0. but i agree, this global market problem is so frustating you just can't play...

if all your teams are running at almost 0 profit why are you even looking for a new player ?


if Italy and Spain III divs hit salary cap and whatever other countries don't means one thing only:

- WE are very competitive
- OTHERS are not

this is a game where you should compete, not have a safe walk.

so I think the real management capability is to deal with scarse resources wherever he/she plays. or if you want to test me, allow me a second account (I want to keep my existing one as I don't want to get bored!!!) in another "less competitive" country and give me four seasons to measure results.

Maybe some countries are deciding to spend more time training their way up to the cap or taking a different strategy altogether.


if that would be true, Australia would be U21 world champion.

or they love to have enormous number of seats?

or collect Level 7 specialists!!?

We do better in U21 and NT than we are meant too.
We made World champs in NT last season and that's a fair effort for a medium sized country.
It's the chinese teams who take the level 7s. >.>
Don't even know what the seats bit means.
Would a div3 Italian kindly post their economy page?

i don't read 740 or 5K. ALL the world. That should mean that the game should be balanced.

if I am the only player in a newborn country, my incomes should be decreased and adapted to the level of my country. NBA has far larger incomes than any other league in the world, hasn't it? Why? More spectacular; more competitive.

I am talking about same things and leading my III div.

The question is not about working at cap or not, this is your management ability (plus some luck in division arrangement). It is about that not all I, II, III divisions are pushed to compete at same level.

Set a PL with my team, a Spanish team and other III div teams from all over the world. figure out results (and I am not the best). We are not competing at same levels. But for another III div team is far easier to buy a level 7 trainer or a decent guard or a good forward, creating inflation that does not allow me to compete in the same way.

This is the problem.

Take inflation out, not increasing money but rebalancing TV, merchandising and incomes, and the game will be far more stimulating for all people.

Unless this is a BB choice to facilitate participation in emerging countries: well, it would be nice to know.
