It's a word-play. In russian word мяч (ball) sounds like меч (sword) in this phrase.
So, that means "Who will come to us with the sword (ball), will take death from the sword! (ball)" =)

The original phrase belongs to Alexander Nevsky - famous Novgorodian knight.



In my city, we have a church named in honor of Alexander Nevsky ;)

Ok guys, I am just starting to make some logos using inkscape and would like some help.
I have done this so far,
My team (logo and banner) (196101)
My friends team (logo and banner) (196293)
Another team I did a logo for (soon to do a banner) (196186)
Yes very basic.

First off, can you submit gifs or was there something else used to create the moving banners?
Secondly, could anyone help me create better logos in general? Pointers? Tips?
Thirdly, could anyone show me a useful site that can help me create gifs?
I would very much like to get more artistic and if someone would care to help me on these pointers I could help the community out by actually filling out some requests in the "Request a logo thread".

*EDIT* Ok I got a gif working but unsure how xD Still need help with gifs!

I have been chaning banner and logo at the start of every season. I had great ones created at the start of last season, so I am going to hold on to those for a couple of seasons!
