Most likely due to your latest promotion from Div III to Div II. In retrospect teams which has just been demoted from MBBA like Tony#9 are only getting attendance of 6K.

If you actually compare with other teams in your division, you should probably baseline to Amrinz Boolarz arena which has something like
Bleachers 13378 @ $15
Lower Tier 1650 @$50
Courtside Sears 420 @ $135
Luxury Boxes 12 @ $1200

With his arena he is able to get >90% full.
So I suggest you increase your prices for short term while increasing your arena seats for long term
