Good game again BFiddy. Put me on the "get injuries out of this game" bandwagon haha jp. I guess I look forward to spending another season in II.3 with most of y'all. :)

Do stats in relegation games/playoff games not count for personal, team and league records? Sarnecki put up a personal, team and league best 10 blocks in one game and it would really stink if it doesn't count as a record.

Sorry for my lack of activity this season. I had a pretty busy summer.

Looks like I managed to stay up in DII though, I should be able to give you guys better competition next season. Good Luck to the teams still playing.

Yeah, that Jefferies injury at the very end of the regular season was definitely not helpful for you, but really helped me out.

Not feeling that good about next game though.

That sure was a tough loss for me…I was winning by 4 when Bernal got hurt (late in the 3rd), and then I lost by 14. I’m not saying I would have won, but it’s very frustrating to have an injury occur on an irreplaceable player at that critical time in the game. I’ve been burned so many times with injuries in the playoffs, it’s enough to drive me crazy. In my original mini-rant (216800.32), I didn’t mention the insanity of ramping-up injuries for the playoffs, but I’ve seen it over and over again, and I think it’s one of the dumbest aspects of this game.

Congrats to the Jests and Quakers! Both teams are excellent, and DII.3 will be represented well in the NBBA next season.

Did not expect to reach the finals in my first season in II, but I'm in kind of the peak part of my teams training cycle, so I'm glad we were able to do something before having to sell off to contain wages.

Injuries do suck though, and especially late in the season ones.

Eh it's easy to be mad knowing I at least had a decent shot at going to the NBBA for the first time ever but injuries happen. Could've happened to anyone. I'm looking forward to next seasons salaries btw since most my top salary guys are trainees lol
oh and sorry about Bernal btw whoever that was. On phone can't see.

Thanks, still quite in shock that we did a one and done in II and it wasn't in the direction of going down. Hopefully can survive longer this time in the NBBA than did last time though, but that was also back in like season 8.

Good luck for sure!

When did gingersnaps bot? I missed that. Going to have 5! new teams in the great 8.

And boy did that draft suck! I counted 3 18 year olds with 7 or higher pot (all 3 were 7) and two of those 3 were under 3k salary. There were no players at all over 7 pot. So glad I didn't spend anything on the draft.

Guess I picked the right first overall then. My 2nd and 3rd rounders were awful, but my top guy had pretty solid all around skills, no major weaknesses, and 7 potential.
