correct i can argue the earth is flat, the easter bunny is real, aliens kidnap yokels in arizona & dirk plays defence but they r all still total bs

the nba seriously lost its brain 4 a while with nash & dirk guys who never played d

look at the real mvps what do russell, wilt, malone, kareem, jordan, lebron & duncan all have in common?

all great defnsive players

magic & bird werent but they were the best by so much it didnt matter so much

Team of the week (round 2)

PG: Harm Jan Bertens (GV) 48 points, 3 assists, 7 rebounds
SG: Jackson Goodall (WD) 28 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists
SF: Garrie Addison (GG) 29 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists
PF: Jeremy Tuilagi (GG) 25 points, 16 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks
C: Junel Viojan (SS) 22 points, 21 rebounds
6th man: Jarrod Corica (JWCB) 33 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists

Player of the week:
Harm Jan Bertens (GV)

Bertens matched up against his countrymen and UWA's best player the 108k Sven Tragter, and needless to say HJB had no troubles at all on route to his 48 points off 19-33 shooting and 7-11 3pt. Not to mention keeping Tragter to 4-13 shooting which is disappointing by his standards

Defensive player of the week:
Marino Gaggini (WT)

Marino was decent on the offensive end. but a notable is his his 3 blocks and keeping his opponent opponent to 1-8.

Sub of the week (less than 24 minutes as a non-starter)
Konstantine Shavgulidze (WT) - 19 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals, 21 mins

The Shav was his teams top scorer which is a brilliant effort when you come off the bench. needless to say his inclusion off the pine was important in the win.

Encouragement award (best performance in a losing side)
John Stiles (YPB) - 16 points, 19 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals

There were a few players who scored well in losing teams, however most were pretty inefficient so the big man gets some encouragement.

Team of the week (round 3)

PG: Sven Tragter (UWA) 31 points, 6 assists
SG: Jackson Goodall (WD) 38 points, 3 assists
SF: Garrie Addison (GG) 25 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists
PF: Xie Weipeng (SS) 40 points, 26 rebounds, 10 offensive rebounds
C: Junel Viojan (SS) 27 points, 21 rebounds
6th man: Uditi Samdup (WT) 34 points, 14 rebounds

Player of the week:
Xie Weipeng (SS)

Weipeng was dominant this week with a +26 point differential over his opponent and a +13 rebound differential. He socred just under half his teams points and did it with over .50 shooting with 18-30.

Defensive player of the week:
Jamie Droste (HA)

For a 20k player Droste did fantastically against the 100k+ Hams Jan Bertens. He kept last week's player of the week to a mere 10 points off 4-14 shooting. combine that with 4 steals and 1 block. he did all he could for his team defensively.
Marino was decent on the offensive end. but a notable is his his 3 blocks and keeping his opponent opponent to 1-8.

Sub of the week (less than 24 minutes as a non-starter)
Taralf Rappl (YPB) - 19 points, 8 rebounds, 21 mins

The Rapper was superb in his cameo off the bench with 8-13 shooting and nearing a double-double and there is no doubt he was instrumental in his teams victory.

Encouragement award (best performance in a losing side)
Zan Shu Yen (KK) - 20 points, 15 rebounds, 5-11 FG

Yen gets the nod over Pernaravicius' 39 points because the latter shot only 16-47. Yen was much more efficient and important for his team

I don't know if he can beat Koop but I like the way Fishy has constructed his team. He is playing Look Inside yet his three top scorers are Wang (PG), Will(y) (PG) and Dell'asta (SF). He is also getting a very good scoring percentage from his guards while mine continue to throw up bricks and mostly just sit around watching the big guys.
