będziesz miał czas na kadrę i prowadzenie jej conajmniej kadencję (a może więcej) ?


Na starcie wspomniałeś, że nie masz czasu, po Sahandzie mocno się uaktywniłeś. Mów jak jest wprost :-)

Napisałem, że średnio stoję z czasem, a nie, że nie mam czasu

To co miałem zrobić chciałem dopiąć do końca - bazy, sparingi, powołania z konkursów. Z końcem sezonu moja aktywność musiała się zwiększyć - przynajmniej na tę chwilę.

Jeśli zostanę wybrany postaram się wygospodarować odpowiednią ilość czasu, ale jak wcześniej wspomniałem, gdyby znalazł się jeden doświadczony skaut do pomocy to byłoby super. Na tę chwilę jestem pewien tylko jednej kadencji. Ciężko mi określić co się w najbliższych kilku miesiącach wydarzy (w życiu prywatnym głównie), żebym mógł być pewien drugiej lub trzeciej kadencji.


EDIT: ilość czasu na BB też determinuje bycie skautem, prowadzenie wszystkich roczników powyżej 21 roku życia zajmuje naprawdę sporo...

Wiem jak jest, pytam tylko czy ogarniesz temat i nie bedzie jak z Carismą bo nic (prócz zwycięstw :*) Ci nie brakuje i jak chcesz ciągnąć ten wózek to nie widzę nic przeciwko.

Last few sentences are key in my opinion. Now nobody cares about NT. Carisma took NT because nobody want it. Then the same situation with Campos, Carisma again and now Sztuker. From my perspective it is not important who win (both candidates have strong and weak points) but important is that the coach really want be the coach. Maybe that kind of rivalisation during election helps Sztuker pay more attention to NT? This election is the most interesting in the last 15-20 seasons. Whoever wins I hope he will have some longer plans and longer vision.

PS. I think Polad should play regulary in World Cup. I don't expecct making final every time but we are one of the largest community so the potential in people is huge

I would like to remind, that during so-called "golden age of NTs" our community was, like, few times bigger (almost 1000 users vs at least 3000, I don't remember the exact number, as I wasn't playing BB then) and way more fresh. While community is probably the most important part of NTs, I find it naive to believe that we can reach those standards again.

This election is the most interesting in the last 15-20 seasons.

@gooziec - well said, we've been waiting a long, long time to have a choice between 2 top-tier, serious candidates. I believe that even if Sahand loses, we should be looking for foreign candidates too, as they may be a valuable option too, and it may lead to potential success.

I think I also should mention the topic of American community opinions. While I was worried at first seeing them, I'm a bit relieved to see that Sahand doesn't avoid questions about it. I'm not fully convinced that everything gonna be fine (IMO critique wasn't about communication with managers, but rather within staff), but Polish community differs from American one (guess we're less direct), so maybe we're overestimating the problem.

Just two more questions to Sahand. The summary of our Polish database came in today (299556.90) and we can make some conclusions about it. What do you think about the quality of our players compared to your American roster?
Also, are you willing to retain our current staff? What expansion of it should we except?
