So why the hell your U21 coach has proposed a TIE deal against a team stronger than Italy!?

Because we used a normal against Greece on our first round last game, and we needed to restore our enthusiasm for games against Germany and Lithuania. Plus, a double TIE would have guaranteed us a minor loss of PD that, as you can see looking at the actual standings, it would be very useful for us. Plus, you had clearly a better roster but we had a little chance to win anyway using same effort, considering that the distance between the two rosters didn't seem too big, at least before the game (we were a little surprised on how you smashed our team).

Thinking that a TIE in the first game of the 2nd round is required to win a gold medal is just the proof you have no idea about what you are talking. Have you ever been a NT/U21 coach? Have you ever won something?

Yeah, i've been Italy U21 Coach for 6 seasons and i've won 3 golds, 1 silver and 2 bronzes. You can check if you want. I think i'm the only one U21 coach to have won a medal in every season as a coach (among those who managed a U21 team for six seasons or more). I've done that playing TIE in EVERY game before semifinals all the 6 seasons. Did I satisfied enough your curiosity? Who has no idea of what we are talking about?

Once again you have no idea about what you are talking. An incredible amount of great players? Our 2 first AtG ever are currently 27, the very first belgian player with TSP higher than 160 is currently 29... Are you really saying the reason why we have won only 2 medals is because the TS management? The fact that we have to manage with only 150 users compared to more than 1100 for Italy is not a better reason? You don't know what to invent to save your face

You are talking about NT players. I'm not on top of NT stuff. So, I can't judge. I was talking about U21 rosters that guiguits (and you also?) have built in these past seasons. I confirm that. Hell of rosters (congratulations btw, we've worked much worse), poor results compared to the level of the players.

I've explained the reason why we asked a double TIE in my last post.

Double TIE agreement are not prohibited for now. I've made a lot of double TIE agreement in the past and I/we plan to continue doing that unless it will be prohibited.

Is this unfair for a 3rd team involved? Of course, it is. But rules are the same for every team. The 3rd team could make double TIE agreement as well.

I can say also that I have NEVER broken a double TIE agreement. And I've always propose it when I think it's the best option for both teams involved. Guiguits and Joe Maverick can't make the same statement.

In my seasons as a coach, I've had very good relashionships with every other top team coaches (Spain, Poland for example). guiguits and Joe Maverick instead chose to be our enemies ("BB" enemies of course, nothing personal). We're ok with that, and we can't wait to meet Belgium again!

you yourself have stated that it's unfair for 3rd parties.

As for your record: Playing TIE when you have arguable one of the biggest communities meaning you have one of the biggest pools of players to chose from, doesn't really add anything. It's easy to suggest TIE deals then and as mentioned, then the way i see it is that you consistently have implied smaller and lesser teams to accept the loss. I'm not a fan of that and i hope you can understand that thought of thinking.

To sum it up, i don't agree with you, but neither do i agree with what Joe and Guiguits have done. But i understand your view on it. I understand that you are annoyed that a deal was broken. But as you said, deals aren't prohibited, so breaking them isn't prohibited either. I also understand Joe's view on it, but again i don't agree with that way of thinking either. I'll just agree to disagree with both of you. Good thing i'm not an U21 or NT coach tho. I get to be an armchair critic :D

Also, even if Guiguits broke a deal (which is his right) that doesn't mean gives others the right to insult him tho

Oh no mate please tell me that you haven't used Playoff CT against a team who clearly used CT in his last game!

And this time nobody will say to us we have not managed well our enthusiasm!
