My new trainee. Just two weeks of training so far. Again his Passing is a problem.

I'm thinking of continuing my OD one position training and getting Aslam to 7 OD... then moving on to PS... None of my guards can pass to save their lives at the moment.

Yeah, this is my last week of PA training this season. My starting point guard and SG are close to popping in PA. As I said, Im going to do OD for the rest of the season.

I got two trainees that I will putting some time in (have though three bot one of them is far for doing any good)

this is one of them do you all have any idea hoe to train him good?

my plan is to get him into SG/SF..

Like I said I have one other that i put much time in he is my nr 1 trainee (13699224) I am palnning to get him into PF and the guy above here is just going with him and I will train them both, It's time now for me to train my best trainee in outside skills so he (18 year old) will fit good in theese plans.

Please come with ideas

Got some advice on this guy? (im a noob and started a week ago)

planning to make him a PF cause i dont have to worry a lot on his JS and JR and can mainly focus on the IS and ID which i dont know if it will pop up easy

Well the good news is he has some good secondary skills. Bad news is his primary big man skills are very bad. Personally i would find training up from Awful IS and ID too much hard work.
