It is now common knowledge that OD (with pressure) trains only very slowly especially if compared to drive (in one on one) or with rebounds.

I've actually been asking around to get info on OD training. Recently a top 20yo guard of mine trained:2 weeks PG/SG pressure and 1 week PG pressure (8 trainer) and hasn't popped. Concerned he's hit his all-star potential soft cap, based partially on the info from this thread.
