I will love to host you in my PL next round.

We do better in U21 and NT than we are meant too.
We made World champs in NT last season and that's a fair effort for a medium sized country.
It's the chinese teams who take the level 7s. >.>
Don't even know what the seats bit means.
Would a div3 Italian kindly post their economy page?

i don't read 740 or 5K. ALL the world. That should mean that the game should be balanced.

if I am the only player in a newborn country, my incomes should be decreased and adapted to the level of my country. NBA has far larger incomes than any other league in the world, hasn't it? Why? More spectacular; more competitive.

I am talking about same things and leading my III div.

The question is not about working at cap or not, this is your management ability (plus some luck in division arrangement). It is about that not all I, II, III divisions are pushed to compete at same level.

Set a PL with my team, a Spanish team and other III div teams from all over the world. figure out results (and I am not the best). We are not competing at same levels. But for another III div team is far easier to buy a level 7 trainer or a decent guard or a good forward, creating inflation that does not allow me to compete in the same way.

This is the problem.

Take inflation out, not increasing money but rebalancing TV, merchandising and incomes, and the game will be far more stimulating for all people.

Unless this is a BB choice to facilitate participation in emerging countries: well, it would be nice to know.

No, I didn't contradict.

You have money if you create value (concept of competitiveness).

If your "system" (aka series/division/country) doesn't, you have less money.

This is in BB phylosophy right now, as merchandising varies in different series of same division depending on competitiveness. Same for tv income. But it's too minimal.

Do you want to be a great manager? You must work with scarce resources. It's a managerial game.

There is a guy on your league paying 350k in salaries and then there is guy paying 250k in salaries and they are both sitting with 10-4 record,so which one is making most of his salaries?
Also guy with 11-3 record is paying 250k in salaries and meanwhile you are with 12-2 record you are paying 300k in salaries,who makes most of his salaries?

Are you trying to imply I have to use up all my money so I can be a "good manager"? Wouldn't it better if I save where I can so I don't end up like you?

In my opinion there are two options:
1-we (or you) are speaking english very bad, so you don't understand
2-you don't understand

This is the situation:
Italy (or Spain): I start from V with a 20k team and I earn 60k from TV contract... I buy a few of player to be more competitive and I become a 45k team... weely earning: 15k for the first season(with the specialist and the palace the balance is +35k plus or minus). In the season I train very well, so my team had become a 70k team, I expanded the palace to a 6500 palace. However, I weekly earn 3k.

Bahamas: I start in II with a 20k team and I earn 165k from TV contract... This is a fact.

Let's take a look at that impossible league of yours then. You have been in the league since season 5 (8 played seasons if you did not change your team name). Your last seasons winner Le Cotiche (mark lenders team) promoted and started to play in your league from season 7 (that's 6 seasons in the league). Now he promoted to div2 while you were busy battleing relegation. How is that possible? How did he manage to surpass you? Does he have a different salary cap or is he a better manager? Isn't that what this game is all about. I chechked your past league winners and one of them is in serie A now, that should also be impossible.
Now responce to every team who keeps janking the "I can't buy this and small country club can steal that" chain. I'm trying to explain this now with something anyone mature enough can relate to: The difference between Italian and Australian III division team is like two people doing the same job and getting payed the same money for it. The first one has leased a house, an expencive car, a computer, tv + anything you can imagine that can be leased. In other words he has maxed his credit limit. The other guy does fine driving some medium class car and living with his mother. Basically keeping his expences into minimal while still living a good life. You can take the tv contract and the merc as a work quality bonus. See how you can't just give the first guy extra because he is spending more. If he wants to buy another car for his daughter for example he will have to sell something or show enough quality to get a better job (win the league and promote).
About the fact that people in small countrys are not progressing fast enough. Yes even for small country teams it takes time before the weekly income let's you buy a decent player. But if they are not buying good players fast enough, does'nt that mean they do not need to improve right away and are actually no threat on the market as they do not need to improve at their league level -> no buying on the market.
All I see here is a cry for help when going get's tough. Do you understand that even if you get something extra or something will be removed from the small countrys it does not change the fact that there are 5000 users in Italy and your position in the Italian powertree does not change.
Everyone who has any education should atleast now understand (the rl example above should help) how you can not have the same income at the cap as the team below the cap has. Unless you are a kid living out of moms basement...
