I would give him OD (pressure) for 6 weeks, then jump range for 6 weeks and then rotate between passing and OD,(handlig pops as a secondary often enough that you should never train that

Just got done training 1 on 1 and on to FT then back to OD and JS for a few weeks. I like him especially since he is the first good trainee that I have been able to train without having to buy one off the transfer wire in a while.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

You've got a good regime in place with the high OD and balanced other skills.

What suggestions for this rookie? He is Rajon Rondo, D.Rose type of player and already leader of my team, amde allstar team his rookie year. Also he did a first triple double in last league game, I think he will grow into something special one day.. :) What about training i think That OD and PS ill train most, then JS, DR, HD and RB 2-3 lvl up. Also free throws need to get better. Whats your suggestions?

yeah i think he is training 1on1 right now? thats how ive gotten alot of my guy's JS up cuz it trains HD and DR too. I would train a little JR and JS because they are still important. But he looks really good right now.

Train only JR in 1 position, his JR is really to low. He should be in a JR around 7-8 and its on 1 now.

You still can solve it(i suppose its a rookie from your own team), you can spend all this weeks to train JR in 1 position, if you dont you will have just a defender and passing player(not worth for a team of div V), but seriously if you train his JR, your player can be one of the most important player of your roster in the next seasons, for me its really worth to fix his JR.

He's a hard one to let go, but I think he's worth more on the transfer market than as a trainee.

My first thought was, with that JR, he'll never be more than an outside-focused SF, but while his rebounding and IS are great starting points to train from, his ID + his height make him too difficult to train as an outside-focused SF.

As a PG trainee, with that JR, you're basically adding an entire season to his training time. Which is why I suggest selling him and finding another trainee instead. MY advice would be to pop his OD once and then sell.

But why selling him?

Its his rookie trainee that will mean also in future extra income on merchandising. He is on V div on Spain, he will have enough time to fix that JR, even if when he is 19 his JR is 5, he will have a quite decent rookie of 19 year old to train. All he need is a coach lvl 4-5 and fix that JR.

(PD: Mi consejo no lo vendas y entrena su alcance)'' Dont sell it and fix his JR ;)
