ouch - thats not good to read... i was banking on giving a few of my boys 1-2 more levels....sounds like it may not be possible or be painfully slow...

Even IS and ID takes 3 weeks for 1 pop for 19yo's with a lvl 9 trainer now. The speed decreased badly again.

Then transfer prices must be due to sky rocket.... it would seem that we are going to need maybe 1 more season to build some new youngsters to the level of the best players in circulation right now...

They won't even get close I guess. It's going well slow now, potential can't compensate the slower trainingspeed, only at the very long run. The current best players will be the best for the next seasons. I don't think we will see a lot of different players in the NTs.

2 seasons ago a player trained in 1 position popped 4 times in 5 weeks or something, now 3 times in 6 weeks.

So training is going slower since the new season started?

It's hard for me to tell, cause i switched from inside to outside training at the beginning of the season.

I would be surprised if Harrell is at his potential. Oberortner with a salary of 32K is still popping at regular intervals - just a bit slower than last season (as expected due to the increase in age and slowdown in training speed).

it is. I kept training inside, and my new 19yo's are training slower than my last seasons' 19yo's.

I've actually been asking around to get info on OD training. Recently a top 20yo guard of mine trained:

2 weeks PG/SG pressure and 1 week PG pressure (8 trainer) and hasn't popped. Concerned he's hit his all-star potential soft cap, based partially on the info from this thread.

Pressure training
2 weeks PG only / 2 weeks PG/SG
trainer 8-9
for 20 yo 4 weeks
for 22 yo 3 weeks

The 20yo is the one I referred to above. His total skills add up to 77 (not including FT/ST). The 22yo (who double popped in OD/ID), now totals 75. Both players have all-star potential.

Jump shot for forwards secondarily pops jump range too. Haven't gotten any other secondary pops (except for inside shot).
