I got two trainees that I will putting some time in (have though three bot one of them is far for doing any good)

this is one of them do you all have any idea hoe to train him good?

Like I said I have one other that i put much time in he is my nr 1 trainee (13699224) I am palnning to get him into PF and the guy above here is just going with him and I will train them both, It's time now for me to train my best trainee in outside skills so he (18 year old) will fit good in theese plans.

Please come with ideas

Got some advice on this guy? (im a noob and started a week ago)

planning to make him a PF cause i dont have to worry a lot on his JS and JR and can mainly focus on the IS and ID which i dont know if it will pop up easy

Well the good news is he has some good secondary skills. Bad news is his primary big man skills are very bad. Personally i would find training up from Awful IS and ID too much hard work.

tnx. maybe ill just keep him constant at training and try to find a better one at draft(if i get lucky) or after draft

I was wondering if you like to be a Mentor of sorts. I only want help with aspects of training. I feel I am ok with all other aspects of the game. I recently got an advanced trainer and (3) 18-19 Big Men as well as one already on my team to train.

My sf...Training some JS right now...free throws have been issue,he went 0-10 last game and shoots 15% from ft line but i can't seem to find time to train FT's :/
