Ohhh I know, I hear you! And I agree, I just am not patient :-) I took over a team that was 4-4, and went to work, and every weeek my team got better...heck, might have been just about every day. I went 14-0 to finish the season, and 4-0 in the playoffs. I revamped my roster, implemented my training program, and was very active and busy. Now I feel like its "hurry up and wait". I like to be busy, and keep working, but right now, I am afraid that the only thing that is going to take me to the next level is time.

I have to give time for my trainees to get better. I have to give time for certain trainees to go up enough in value so I can sell them for some real money. I have to give time for my arena to continue building so my revenue grows. My frustration is that because I am in second place (weaker conference), I dont feel like I am far off from making a real run at the title. My team is much better than my payroll, and record indicate. If I could add one solid big man, I could win the championship. So its frustrating to be sitting here with my hands tied financially when I feel like i am so close.

haha this game is a marathon after all :P If it was quick and easy it would be no fun ;)

while i dont agree with the italians way of thinking about there current economical issues i will give them one thing, for us the games not a sprint its a jog , a warm up run for a marathon , once we are salary capped like the italians then we can say the games a marathon :)

ops. here it is. But i have a question. Wat exactly is Group Demonstration and Scouting Combine? I sorta get that SCombine will get you the age and height of the 48 players. But does GDemonstration only allows you to scout players with 1 ball to 2 balls prospect?

If i didnt spend a dime on scouting, that means i cant access the new draft thingy now?
