At lower levels they can even pop up to 100 to 150%
Nice, more information like this is very useful, I only went through 2 season and did not keep track of player before, therefore I won't know how much a well trained player in any age can grow in a season.

from my understanding... on average... if you train your trainee well, their salary can be expected to increase by 40%+


it depends on training and salary. The maximum increase with a single spot trainee is when he is 21-22. Before, you increase 50% but it's 5K, later pops are less frequent although massive. The trick is to set training to postpone big pops as late as possible.
