The link to Monkey Show doesn't seem to work and I couldn't find it via search. I'm in total agreement about needing time to acclimate to the higher league which is why I chose a team that is in their 3rd stint in D.IV as a case study.

Let me introduce another example that will hopefully advance the topic. The Silverbacks, currently in the NBBA. http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/23223/history.aspx Acquired during S3 in D.IV they promoted and remained competitive following each promotion even going undefeated in S7 (D.III) en route to a title. Currently they are back to back cup champions and were one of the last 32 teams in the latest B3. Guy is also very active in the forums as well to help other managers. I first came across him in a defensive thread. I decided to check him out and search for any clues to his formula for success and rapid advancement.

All this smart talking is making me angry >_<. I dont start college again for another 2 weeks, i dont need proper grammar now!!!! dfujbweukfbweiu . Nah just kidding, im just lazy, but love reading the posts on the forums. And I say screw that, this game is about heart and thats what my players got. None of my players are on the top list lol.

Well it was easier to advance in the beginning. Less people, less ideas, any good one, would have moved you up. But yeah the Silverbacks are the gold standard.

No we have teams that exploit, certain tactics and tank, just generate revenue. Its a very different game, then in season 1-7. There has been time to amass lots of wealth, and train players for a while. We come in a time when, they've learned and documented all the nuances to training, building a team, and revenue creation/maintaining.

Worcester Buckeyes, need a win. Its not often you say things like that, before the all-star game. But that's the harsh reality. Trailing Captain Morgans, by 1 game, any more losses could eliminate them from the playoffs.

In Captain Morgans 1st full season, they are making waves. No more easy outs, in the Great 8. The same can be said for NBA Swags, who leads the Big 8. I guess I could change this to battle of the Upstarts. Unfortunately, Captain Morgans, does not have the horses, or home court, that NBA Swags has.

Just wanted to take a moment to give great respect to the Wocerster Buckeyes (29055) for a game well played. They pushed us to our limit in our franchise's first overtime game. It was a thriller to the very last second. Ludvic Lonjon (9408294) is a beast of an inside player and is as clutch as they come.

Games like these are what the sport is at its best. It is an honor and privilege to be a part of one of the great games of the season. Salutations also go out to the G8 for showing great heart and bringing tenacious competition!
