Then should you have a full roster? It would be a pity to lose those guys for ever, should the worst happen and they stop playing.

Yeah, it's unfortunate. But looking long-term: should those owners be about to go bot, do you really want to lose them? Admittedly for me it'd be an easy choice: Wales is smaller, and players like that are more valuable than a single enth. point. Still... even here in Japan - given the dearth of bigs - not entirely sure we could throw those guys away.

Still... at this point in time it's merely academic discussion. They are still here... and hopefully being trained well.

In more good news as asked I have trained Konoe's passing and with strong elastics, a level 6 trainer and him being 6'0" he has popped twice in 2 weeks. I am happy to keep going and do 2 more weeks to get the 3rd pop. Then I have all star week where it is probably a week of 1 on 1 for forwards.

I think you should think about saving those guys before you do it. If they are not great players, are created now, will go bot in 5 weeks and wont have been trained at all they will basically be 19. Is that worth damaging the teams enthusiasm? Maybe if we are out of contention but if we are still fighting we need every point we can get. In leage enthusiasm management is vital, I imagine in NT competition moreso.

One option is the senior NT which has only 16 players. They can add with no penalty (and aren't going so well anyway).

The team has good GS this week with the worst of the important players being respectable on Kazumi Torisei and Hironobu Yokotami.

I know you are very concerned about potential for some reason but this week 4 of your top 6 players are allstars.

Wolph - When people calculate TSP do they include stamina and free throws?

It is funny when I look at the salaries of players it seems to have very little TSP predictive value. For example my $5k 20 year old trainee Takayoshi Kawagichi has way more TSP (66) than my $29,000 28 year old backup big man Tsumemasa Kurogane (58).

We have 2 guys over 80 TSP right now, just 2.

And Konoe is one of them, so why do you keep on giving him a bad deal?

(23680122) (53452)

mugicha needs watching: guy has been absent for coming up on 2 weeks, and there are two PA 18yo PGs on his team. Osada could be a bit tall, but Minamoto (23031251) might be ok. Not sure... hard to say.

Tokyo Bulls have been absent for a bit now too -
