however, overall, I like this guy's starting skill-set (except for FT)That FT is potentially a deal-breaker. On my main squad I've spent two seasons training a big that, unfortunately, started with 1 FT. He's cost me numerous games during that time with his 1-8, 0-5, ect outings at the line. Unless you can afford to train FT up to 3 or so he'll likely cause you more headaches than its worth for simply a starter potential guy. Just my experience and opinion of course.
If you look at it from another angle. If you dont have trainees you wont need to waste money on a trainer and can expand your arena and/or buy some better players that will help you reach success faster. If you only look at the starting roster and training potential sure things can be unfair. But who says you need to train players right away to be successful?
