It shoudn't be so difficult, in order to not penalize managers that want's to train, they can link perfomance to the ages of the players. Till 27 yo no penalty, from 28 yo a penalty increasing with the age of the players till a maximum penalty around 32 yo (just for example of course, put your figures)

The problem is that if you have a player with high stamina you can only play him once per week as a starter, to get perfect 60-80min per week. I agree with the problem of short rosters but I think it would be better to speed up the performance decline relatively to the minutes played in a game.

I think it would be a better idea to adjust the training court so that instead of just improving free throws it’s improved both free throws and stamina but at a slower rate than it does now. Everyone knows the training court is too overpowered right now.
