its funny really, reading it seems like he is the only one going through the process and is having a hard time. imagine that . . . . i have to defend my title and i cant even improve my bloody lineup this season due to shortage . . . . and when i see my conference i see a lot of teams are better and improve.

Well, when other teams can improve and you can't, what does that tell you?

Changes are too harsh for the 'Average' manager.... come on you want to admit it!

Changes are designed for the 'average manager', so they're not too harsh on them.

The question is that the average manager doesn't really exist. I don't know the distribution of managers, i.e. how many are high-end, average, or low-end. My intuition is that changes are insufficient for the high-end and harsh for the low-end teams.

If we have a bipolar distribution of teams with few average managers (which might or might not be the case), then the changes can potentially be completely off them mark.

what does it tell me . . . . hmmmm

how about a person who is diverse and flexible type.

by the way your talking seems you really are more better than me in so many ways! my apologies if i happen to earn your disrespect.

season after season i cant seem to improve my team such that its not the highest paid team nor do i have one of those highest paid players not do i have national team players.

oh! what does that makes me? let me check i just happen win back to back championship, participated in the bb3 guess this are just small things to say of what i accomplish oh oh and im still undeafeated in my division right now not to mention i have been on top on my division for 3 seasons in a row . . . . guess im not really . . . as you would say . . . . . what does that tell me.

tsk tsk . . . . . sick of it right i guess unlike you .. . . . have you won back to back?

let me add maybe my shortcomings was due to my team just has the highest paid player at 14k compare to your team that has 25k . . . . and im going against players who have salaries ranging from 20-38k.

im going to really think about what you said . . . what does that makes me!

I think i shouldve read the rules over again... in my books 1 week is maximum 7 days.... in BB a week can be more...... I calculated Wiedener would be back.... I suppose I just fall into category (albeit small category - that is if it even ever exists) of an average manager..

I am just happy that things like $100,000 are infact $100,000 and this is never likely to change! The only question now is how to keep making large multiples of $100,000!

A) He asked me to.

B) My suggestion to you is to keep up the good work, Julius.

C) My suggestion to Mr. Burns is to keep up the good work, Monty.

What is it with you people. A guy asks me to delineate long-term programming for him with specifics and not one but two of his cuntrymen jump down my throat when I do it. That seems a little unfair.

Our record is 1-1, me and the AS Barroom Heroes. Guess that one day a week when he can't beat me (since he beats me 7 days a week and twice on Sundays) was the day we played when I beat him...
