Im going to give you my honest opinion, this is probably one of the worst players to do this train. Probably you are going to do a big mistake there.

This players its just really bad, JS 1, IS 2, ID 2, what you expect from him?

You dont need more than OD 12-13 for your division as well as passing around 11-10 thats all. Why you wanna train OD to 20, when his ID will be a problem in front of others PG's IS. As well as you are going to give up the chance to score lot of points with this PG, trying a bad shot attempt or driving under the basket and failing because of his IS. The game engine favours the multiskilled players and even if you play LI, you can give a lot of importance to your PG if you know exactly what to train.

My advice, sell him or train during 2 seasons JS in SF-PF so you can also improves his IS, but its not a really good idea to train him...

Why passing 20 when you can have a great PG with passing 12-13 doing a nice job on the offense move while you can also have a great shooter?.

Anyway the manager will decide, but with this game engine this kind of players are totally a fail, plus top teams their PG's passing are not more than 14-15, but is normal they have a good SG with nice passing.

PD: I knew from a spanish PG with passing 20, OD 11 and some other lower skills around 200k salary.
