so far I'm coping with Max Paine. And frankly I didn't hear any benefits from hiring a better one.

Indeed it might be best is BB make the money spend on better doctors a bit more ''visible '''

As long as I don't hear any positive news on the influence of a doctor, I 'll stick with Mr Paine.

It works for me. HAd max Paine for the majority of the time and the weeks of injury seemed 1.5 week per week. Now i have a lvl 6 doctor and it goes 1 week per week. I'm pretty satisfied.

hm, with Max Paine I don't even have 1 week of injury per week up to now...

the rules do say that your staff tends to get lazy over time, maybe the situation gets worse with time if you don't hire new staff... but I'm still not convinced higher level doctors do better jobs...

I'd be satisfied if a lvl 3 doctor performed the way you say your lvl 6 does. Makes me wonder why lvl 9 & 10 doctors even exist, if the best that can be hoped for is a half-week faster recovery time for every 5 levels of doctor.
