I understand your frustration, in particular about computerized teams, although I only see one of them in your league and none in your conference.

The game engine is so complex and takes into account so many variables that sometimes it seems like your choices are, in the end, not that relevant.
Yesterday I lost my game just because in the extra time and with a low post tactic, my team took 6/12 3p shots (2 the center and 1 the PF!!!) and only 3/12 inside shots.

More, the random at the moment is giving quite an important contribution and there are tons of posts of guys asking how they possibly lost their games. I guess it's not a consolation for you, but you should have definitely won yesterday's game, with two levels difference in the team ratings between your inside attack and the opponent's inside defense.

But things are going to improve... with time, differences between teams are going to increase and the random will play a smaller role. More, computerized teams will be more from bad manager with bad teams, unlike now, where 90% of the teams have similar team ratings.

A piece of advice... give BB another shot! And try to improve your team rating in rebounding... having awful with using 2-3 defense is really penalizing at our level!

I do not understand any of my losses, as I do not understand any of my wins. My league is dominated by computer teams.

This pretty much describes my entry into BB a bit over a season ago. I lost 5 of my first 6 league games by an average of 25 points, all to inactive teams and bots. During that time (and throughout the rest of the season and even well into this one) I learned what players worked and which ones didn't. I read the forums a lot. I read the rules a lot. I asked a lot of questions. I trained my players.

But your situation is different thatn mine was, as your league only has one bot. There are a few inactive teams, but they're in the other conference.

As someone else said, you're likely matched with very similar teams ability-wise. Hang with it, find 4-6 players to train (I'd recommend 4, as 6 is rather slow) and watch your team improve with those players. When you can afford to, improve the parts of your team that aren't being trained with players more highly-skilled than the ones you play in those positions currently. And trim your team to no more than 15 players.

Besides, you don't really wanna quit before you see what kind of draft picks you get, do you?

Thanks guys for your answers.

About the bot, without keeping records on that, it seems to me that at least 5 teams have found a new owner in a relatively short period of time. One of them was leading the other conference...

Anyway, it's not the point. I appreciate your advices.
