What would be the benefit to being in last place every season in Div V? You'll get the first draft pick, but that's pretty much it. Your ticket sales and merchandising will be in the toilet. I suppose there's nothing to stop you from tanking in Div V while you focus on training... it doesn't seem like it'd be much fun, though
