Agreed, you've been doing well with Franklin, all the more impressive because he's 26 years old and trains much slower.
Unfortunately this week, like most weeks, we got exactly ONE skill pop from the 16 players on the roster. My goodness.

Its a bit sad really. At least we have a few young guys coming through so hopefully in a season or two we will see the NT improve more on a weekly basis!

If you only have 3 trainee's why don't you just train them at one position? Unless you are doing Rb, Js or 1on1 there is no need to do 2 positional training for 3 trainee.
