the only problem is that you never know if a lvl 7 reduce the time, you can see only "injury for 2 weeks" . Imho the specialists are a way to get out money from the economy ;)

this quote i presented was released from a BB, so you could compare at least the work of a doctor betwen level 1 and 5.

Well I don't expect that a BB says that the docs are useless Probably the "study" is correct anyway my personal opinion is that the real impact that the specialists have is not so relevant, during the time I had more or less all the lvls of specialists but honestly I didn't see the differences, always imho of course ;)

it isn't a study, it is something a BB had said ... I didn't find the quote so i ask for it in forum, and jimpster had compied the entry from the BB and pasted it to me. Through the personal change it could be a little different now, but the BB said that they don't change much about the effectness of the staff by the change.

And in my personal opion the level 5 or 6 pr is worth his money, in comparision to a level 2 one for teams like ours.

That's wrong. The doctor also heals your player faster since the new staff system. So a higher level doctor surely pays of. However the most important part of the doctor is still making sure the player won't get injured.

The doctor system is fine. It reflects real life - a team doctor's "skill" is based on how effective his evaluation and rehabilitation programmes are.

The kind of "doctoring" you're referring too is triage, the ability to heal an injury when it occurs. As most sporting injuries are muscle related it is very hard even for the best doctors in the world to fix them as they occur. But a good doctor will get an injured player back on the court quicker.

I think that when you get a player injured and, let's say, he's out for 2 weeks, these 2 weeks are already calculated considering doctor's skill. I you had a doctor's skill 1 instead of 3, the injury time would be longer. 3 weeks or more.

Higher level of Doctor doesn't mean less number of injuries, it means smaller injuries in terms of time.
