And I think we will start to see more PGs used at the SF position, especially when running an inside offense (just look at the Canada's U21 game last night and see what Joseph Ka did).

This has been my theory concerning the SF spot for the last little while, I just don't have the personnel to actually do it.

I am getting to the point where I will have just such a SF, just give me until the end of next season.

My personal opinion: I would want average or better but depending on skills I might settle for inept-mediocre.

To comment specifically on your guy Luc Boulanger. He only has allstar potential which means if you gave him balanced training on his inside skills, he would cap out at around tremendous IS/ID/RB. I'm sure there will be others with higher potential who will have this (or close) by the start of their 21st season and will be able to continue training. The way to get him on the team is to give him great secondary skills (I am a big fan of JS and OD on PFs, but also like handling and passing).
