i don't have him, but if you should start one position why starting with OD and then making instantly an two position training. For one position switch a lot betwen those things you can one position, and take JS and sometimes driving as rescue if your minutes ain't good.

Thanks guys! I will now focus the rest of this season on one position training to build up passing skills. Next season i will probably often train two positions, mostly JS. I'll try to get rid of som players and replace them with non trainee ones.

Why OD to Start?
OD is the slowest to pops and young player(18y.o) pops quickly. Also OD pops in only one type of training.

what havve the training speed to do with the start ;) if you have 14 weeks 10% faster training, it is eual for what skill you use it you will reach your target at the same time. if you train balanced even a bit earlier, because you got additional positive effects on training.

And i said something against JS as second training, if you have a single pos. programm.
