if he's let's say 21, and the manager has 2 or 3 or 4 more players that are 18-22 years of age on that or similar position, you can be pretty sure he's been trained also if you see two or more pops on some stats....

You proposal changes the whole concept of this feature. Currently it replaces pen and paper for supporters. You propose to modify it into a feature that spies the training system of the selling team. Most users probably wouldn't like that, and certainly it could not be a supporter feature anymore after the change. It would need to be given to all users.
