You don't know ESPN.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Actually, I don't really like a lot of his suggestions. I just don't see a Kings Cup ever having the same prestige here...Americans are used to the whole season completing with some big playoff series or game (World Series, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup etc.)...I don't think we'd adapt well to a multiple trophy system like soccer.

Less games would be better -- the problem is it also means less money. Will never happen.

How about contraction too...there are too many teams.

Well more competitive games i dont think that will hard the game on any way. Actually if the games are just one is giving the hope to weaker teams to dream for something more than just better a position on the draft. In Europe championship is all, but its always nice to see a Cinderella to win the other trophy.

It makes much more sense to have something to win, than a meaningless game like ASG

And with less game on the calendars, there should be easily both ASG,and King's Cup(who is the correspective of the national cups in the various countries),maybe in the same week

For example Wednesday there will be the quarterfinals,Thursady 3 point and dunk contest and the rookie-sophomore game,Friday the semifinals,Saturaday the ASG,and Sunday the King's Cup final

The Harlem Globetrotters always play the Washington Generals. They almost never lose...

Though the Generals have a couple of Butler players on their team for the next game, so they apparently have high hopes.

I was on a plane with the Generals and Globetrotters a couple of months ago. I feel bad for basketball players having to fly economy. I'm a long-legged 6'2" and the seats are uncomfortable enough for me.
