i still totally think more people would use the forum if the interface was different. i just don't like this interface, i find it complicated to find things and i don't know how new or relevant it is until i click and read through stuff. I also wish there were pages to click on not just arrows for next page and last page...

I think I'll agree with this. I know Peluin and I waded through tons of tons of random stuff to find information. Some of the most useful information I've found is in league forums which is just a pain to get too.

Of like the 6 people I asked why they don't use the forums, 100% of the answers I got were cuz it's too difficult to use/navigate

It is a little bit awkward to handle...very difficult to find the topics I was looking for when I first started playing...

As a relatively new user I agree with this. I've found this forum to be pretty annoying to use and don't bother to take the time to navigate it unless I have a specific need. I'm sure it would be very difficult for the management to convert an established forum to a different layout, but I would suspect that it would get a lot more use if it was changed to a friendlier format such as phpbb or punbb.
