Are you suggesting there be an embbeded youtube video on the home page?? I think it would add to the cluter.
But that point aside, (i'm not a lawyer here but I am just speculating) just because its on youtube, does it make it legal??
Most uploaders of youtube are individuals and the big record/movie companies know they won't be able to recouperate much money by going after them and besides they don't have enough resources to actively shut down all the individual clips which infringe on copyright. BB on the otherhand is a a money making business (if you can call it that, given that they make money from supporter packages). If you are a commercial operation and you infringe copyright, it makes it more likely that you will be targeted. I smell a big lawsuit on the doorstep.
