ouch :D +1 for tactic

or for the overall quality of players, i could imagine that he wins higher without switching the offense.

I don't get it? And agree with CrazyEye. Shouldn't he have just rolled over Albania?

I don't understand, what is happening here?:

STARTERS
PG: S. Stanchev (H)
SG: I. Stoimenov (H)
SF: A. Goranov (H)
PF: M. Kanchev (H)
C: Z. Dimitrov (H)

QTR Clock Score
1 11:57 0 — 0 Jump ball won by Z. Dimitrov (H).
1 11:57 0 — 0 S. Stanchev (H) and I. Stoimenov (H) will swap positions on the court.
1 11:57 0 — 0 S. Stanchev (H) and M. Kanchev (H) will swap positions on the court.
1 11:57 0 — 0 A. Goranov (H) and S. Stanchev (H) will swap positions on the court.
1 11:57 0 — 0 A. Goranov (H) and Z. Dimitrov (H) will swap positions on the court.
1 11:48 0 — 0 A. Goranov (H) gets off a great pass to I. Stoimenov (H). I. Stoimenov (H) attempts a jump-shot from the wing. Shot missed.

I get that he started a C at PG, but why does everybody shuffle around? Crazy line-up and then 'Let Coach Decide' tactics?

And is there an advantage to this compared to just starting the guys where you want them in the first place? (ie putting the SF at PG to begin with, vs letting the game shuffle the C out of there?)

You can make yourself look badly inferior in team ratings and still have the stronger team on court

for me this is clear since the new engine is out, the matchup rating combined with the shots taken are the kind were i usually look at, and in this area is PF who was conservative in lineup was clearly the ebst even when the other do good.

and out-of-position offensive players may be a way to force fouls on defenders

i would say this is more random, because i play sometimes my trainees out of position to teach then inside Skills(and they are more guard like SF, sometimes even real guards). I don't do it that often to have asolid data base, and often it combined with superior or weak lineups but i don't notice then to draw so much fould then usual.

Can anyone explain what exactly happened here?
All I see is pure madness which I suspect is something brilliant below the surface.

Try experimenting with playing people out of position on offense but keeping them in their "proper" position on defense :)
