You'd never play 2-3 against a good team, regardless of whether they play look inside or low post.

I also said your best defender against thier worst in man to man, i meant to say your best defender against their best bigman.

Because in both tactics there are alot of mid range jumpers taken so with 2-3 perimeter is barely defended and even worst shooters can shoot lights out...
