Lineup changes should be without being online at halftime. It could be conditioned change and everyone can set it before the start match at current lineup settings.
Main problem of online changes is that whole match is calculated before the start of the match. So it would totally change principles of match calculation. And I think it would occure also troubles of site performance. Many users would be upset, they can't change setting as site was down.
