im not exactly sure but enthusaism will make your team play better in everything. I think going TIE, normal or CT has an affect on only rebounding and offence or defence. You will dominate if you have the best team and get tactics right and great Game shape on ur players. Enthusiasm will also help but only so much it will do

enthusiasm will go slowly down to 5 as it does for each day. if u have 10 enthusiasm now you may end up with 7 or 8 depending on sublevel on first game of PO

i have a 11 right now , why would it go back down to 7 or 8

Every day enthusiasm slowly goes down to 5. The higher the enthusaism the faster it will drop. Today you have 11 tommorrow you may have 10. If you have 1 enthusiasm it will slowly go up to 5. Going normal has no affect on enthusiasm but it will slowly go down after each daily update.
