You should be able to use your points soon but the Scouting Combine and Group Demonstration won't be available till after the All Star break so unless you want to scout blind you will have to wait anyway.

I think what the poster is explaining is similar to what happened to me. I tried to edit my draft order when it was available, and every time i tried it gave me an error message that was supposedly automatically reported. Now today I log in, only to see that the draft has already been completed and Im stuck with players i have no intent on playing or even selling....

The news posts on 9/29 and 10/1 both say the last day to spend scouting points was 10/2, the Saturday during the Finals, and draft orders should have been locked in by monday.
