In my eyes I would prefer a luxemburgish manager to be NT coach, but we need experienced players like pale90 if we want to become better.

I'll choose pale 90 because I trust him enough.

Pour ma part si je suis elu je prendrait des scout luxembourgeoise de plus je pense que pour ma part le fait que je ne sois pas Luxembourgeois ne porte pas prejudice puis que je maitrise l'alleman et l'anglais (par contre pas le luxembourgeois, je le concède)

I would not change anything for the nationality of the coach! At the end has the skill in knowing how to manage the team, knowing the right moves! Then the end will always need some help, why do not you know the team which is why in the case of my election I will have to create a team from Luxembourg. What says the Frenchman is wrong from what I understand, in a national scouts do not know well are crucial, because it depends very much on the type of player who will convene at the end from which your strategy. If elected I know I can convey my experience to this team! Because ultimately what matters is not where you come from but who you are! =)

i'll try and help the debate a little here. These questions are to all the candidates:

1) how do you intend on improving the NT
2) Luxembourg isn't a big BB nation. their is a very important thing that a NT coach ( and the U21 coach too, but we're talking about NT election here) should keep in mind when he is a manager of a small BB community, what is this?
3) What could you give the NT that the other candidates ( and for that answer, you should check the speech topic) couldn't give, and thus, mean that you would be the better candidate than the others.

if anyone else has any questions, feel free to ask em. a Debate is supposed to be someone asks a question to the candidates. Then the candidates (and the candidates alone) should post an answer. That is how it should work guy's.
