1) I started my period 7 Finland IV.3 series of mid-season and as soon as next season I got Chapter III.13 Division. And there I got on the duo after the season II.1 and I'm still there! Last season we were in the playoffs.

2) My team playing in two national team players. So I've been involved with national team coaches. And certainly I would give good advice to new teams who have a good player. I'm having a hard fire to take the team forward in Ghana, NT!


3)I am sure that most of Ghana to raise above the level of my experience! I am also a tough scout players, so it may be that I could find a good new players! And of course I'd also U21 national team coach with connections! :)

Hi Ghana! I'm Big Bose and i would train the Ghana NT
I play in this game since season 3; my team have played three time in III italian division, reaching also the playoff.

This doesn't look like a big achievement. In season 3 the competition in Italy was low, you were able to get promoted only in season 6. Since there you lived between promotions and relegations in IV-III.

I think to train very well the young players, in my team i have trained the starting play of Switzerland U21, Bezzi, and actually i have a 18-years old forward center interesting on Srbija U21. I reached lots of suggests about training and with my experience, i think i could make a good work for Ghana, with 22-23-24 years-old from U21 Team

Coaching a NT/U21 is way different than training young players. If you are a "trainer" you just need to concentrate your efforts on someone. Do you have an idea of what coaching means? :-)

For you also: why do you think that training players is the same of coaching? We are talking about NT, moreover, while the focus of training is mostly (but obviously not only) on U21.

Dlaczego kandyduję?

1. Ciągle mam odpowiednio dużo CHĘCI i MOTYWACJI by się podjąć zadania bycia selekcjonerem i temu zadaniu oraz oczekiwaniu ludzi względem Reprezentacji sprostać.
2. Od dawna jestem blisko kadry i dobrze ją znam
3. Uważam, że to co jest w tej chwili najbardziej potrzebne NT to ROZWÓJ. Tak naprawdę to do najlepszych brakuje nam po prostu kilku sezonów treningu. Droga do medalu jest bardzo długa. Bez odpowiedniej kadry zawodników nawet największy taktyk nie ma szans by go zdobyć. O sile drużyn najlepszych drużyn NT decydują zawodnicy w wieku 27-30 lat. Proszę spojrzeć na finał tegorocznych MŚ (13298) i zwrócić szczególną uwagę na wiek zawodników. U nas najbardziej zdolni zawodnicy mają 24-25 lat. Kadencji m4tiego nie wypadła najlepiej pod względem wyników i organizacji…ale jeżeli chodzi o rozwój zawodników to trzeba przyznać, że wyglądało to obiecująco. Trening zawodników i kontakt z ich właścicielami kojarzy mi się z przede wszystkim z dobrymi wspomnieniami;-), więc wierzę że byłbym odpowiednią osobą żeby dalej to pociągnąć i wytrenować team dla jakiegoś wybitnego taktyka, który miałby już szersze pole popisu za dwa sezony.
4. Jako selekcjoner chciałbym przybliżyć kadrę każdemu użytkownikowi
5. Kadra NT to najwybitniejsi zawodnicy, a więc duże możliwości taktyczne. Jako selekcjoner chciałbym wykorzystać sparingi (biorąc po uwagę sugestie użytkowników) do ciekawych eksperymentów taktycznych. Mam taki zamysł aby później poddać te „eksperymenty” pod publiczną dyskusję i wyciągnąć z nich odpowiednie wnioski. Jestem zdania, że dotycz as springi reprezentacji nie były najlepiej wykorzystywane:/, a przecież sparing to czas na sprawdzanie różnych wariantów gry, ustawień. Chciałbym aby możliwie każdy mecz nie o punkty został wykorzystany do NAUKI społeczeństwa BB. Mam taką wizję, że zaprocentuje to w przyszłości;-)

Co chciałbym osiągnąć przez te 2 sezony kadencji?

1. Przede wszystkim rozwinąć jak najbardziej się da zawodników i przygotować kadrę dla następnego selekcjonera
2. Doprowadzić do tego by jak najwięcej dobrych, perspektywicznych polskich zawodników trafiło do zespołów z najwyższych klas rozgrywkowych
3. Zrobić OTOCZKĘ i tak prowadzić reprezentację aby żyli nią wszyscy użytkownicy polskiego BB
4. Celem sportowym numer 1 jest dostanie się do MŚ.

Players who play on my team must be a fitness okay. After all, the old players grab a workout as well as young people.

I am sure that I could raise ghanan to the victories, on my experience. I also am good at looking for the new good players! Hopefully you understood something :D

io sono italiano .. il ghana è poco conosciuta come nazione ed infatti molti non sanno che under 21 è stata semifinalista nella 12 stagione credo che si possa tirar fuori una buona squadra adesso anche per la nazionale maggiore ......credo che lavorare sia la cosa importante e so che studiando attentamente tutti i giocatori posso creare una squadra che riesca a migliorare la propria posizione nel world ranking ... i miei obiettivi sono solamente due : il primo è che voglio creare un buon gruppo che possa farvi sognare negli altri ; il secondo è quello di poter attirare l attenzione di molte nazionali e di molti player ma soprattutto quello di alzare il tasso di interessamento riguardante la nazionale ghanese ..... io solo un sogno il ghana campione del mondo

I'm Italian .. Ghana is not well known as a nation and in fact many do not know under 21 who was a semifinalist in the 12 season I believe we can come up with a good team now for the senior team is working ...... I think the important thing I know that poring over all the players can create a team that is able to improve its position in world ranking ... my goals are only two: the first is that I want to create a good group that can make you dream in the other, the second is being able to attract the attention of many national teams and many players but also to raise the interest rate on the Ghanaian national ..... I only dream of the ghana world champion

To all:

1) First three things you will do to bring Ghana 15 positions ahead in the raniking by two seasons
2) What do you think (from outside) of current roster
3) Where you would spend your cent to improve the team

maybe you don't know that we arrived in 1/2 finals last season too...but that is not important (or not ;-) )...

however, I wanna say by all of the candidates, your policy on collaboration with the u21 staff and if you have an idea about the Ghana situation (actives teams, best trainers, best prospect coming from u21 or 22-23-24 yo prospect)...

I am candidate for Ghana NT, I have lot of experience in BB and I believes that Ghana NT has a lot of potential that I am willing to use. Vote for me,thanks!

1)I believe that Ghana could win almost 1 match in the Poule in the african championship, using in a good way the team spirit and attacking in different way the other teams; Improve the roster, talking by mail to other managers about players and their training: improving the players also the team could do other steps in positive; anyway, Ghana needs a long time project, in the immediately it's not so easy to have good results. I'm realistic. Ghana players need to achieve experience in team and bring in NT; I care about form; Anyway Ghana will achieve a good position with friendly with team not so strong in the end of season

2)About current roster, I think it's not so bad, but the oldest players are 23, also with good potential, so they will grow again, if their coaches will train them. If these players improve their skills, Ghana could reach good results. It's only training. Obviously I am talking of the present, but there will be a continue collaboration with U21 Team

3)A good thing could be have the atention of coaches of most important players and talking about the use in team of them; The aim it's to make also experiments in these 2 seasons, in order to have a stronger team for season 17, starting from now
The way it's long and hard, but I think it's possible Almost 85th position in the end of season 15
