I agree that having two default lineups would be nice.
However, a workaround for you (as I understand it) is to make the scrimmage lineup your default. Then, for every league game that is in your schedule, go in and change the tactics to be those of a recent league game.
That way, you'll have your league lineup already set for every league game and your friendly lineup will be set for friendlies that you line up.
