For your player to make the U-21 you will have trained him tol be great. The main benefit for a U21 player, other than a little mechandise money, is having a great young player on your squad.

Exactly....I want to train more OD but the coach want him to have more JS

The Isreal U21 coach may be right. While you could use a pop or two at OD, your JS definately needs help, it's only prominent(10), which isn't that great for a U21 guard. His OD is already at wondrous(14) which is probably good enough. I would train JS if I were you. But it's your player, train what you feel is best.

I would train JS until it reaches sensational and then give him some passing training, it's kinda hard to see a good SG on the u21 with passing.
