So did I but there is a Hungarian (I think) site that gives you estimates for how fast your players train and it varies a lot with height when training JS. Now they could be wrong, but it is food for thought.

Well there is no one position JS training, so you have the 2 position choice between gurds, wingmen and forwards. I'd recommend training JS as guards because JS for guards apparently trains JS the fastest out of those.

I thought Jump Shot trained the same no matter what the height of the player is.

Well I never said height affects how fast JS trains. I said that training JS for guards trains the fastest (although I've never noticed it). Several managers have said this in the past.

And check out the huge difference between Kent and Oliver at the same age but with very different height. You can also look at Neale and Justs and see the difference.

Name Age Height JS JR HA DRI
Mu Hongyun 19 198 cm 3.31 9.93 9.93 9.93
Kent Masters 23 201 cm 6.23 18.68 18.68 18.68
Oliver Ðuričko 23 191 cm 4.73 14.20 14.20 14.20
Neale Milton 19 198 cm 3.31 9.93 9.93 9.93
Justs Saukans 19 185 cm 2.78 8.33 8.33 8.33

I think that training JS for guards, wingmen and forwards are in the same speed.
They will pop 2-3 weeks if they are young enough.

The difference is that different secondary skills are trained. The argument being there is more secondary and less primary (JS) training with wingmen and forwards.
