I'm not going to start training them now, they are already trained, just wanted to know if I would be able to get 4-5 pops.

No way you will get 4-5 pops unless skills are already at high sublevels and you are 1 pos training.

Not sure why u would need to make that assumption seeing potential doesn't affect training speed until the player hits the cap.

I have a starting center who is 25 and he improved like 3 skills in jumping, 1 in inside shot and defense in lets say almost a season.
