3-2 zone generally works fine against teams that have balanced shooting, like your opponent. Of course, it all depends on your team stats. If you have a good perimeter defense you might use man to man (safest, but no advantage), if you want to give your perimeter defense a spike, than 3:2 zone works best (although, sacrificing a small amount of rebounds).
